Clocko is a cloud-based workforce management platform that enables businesses to manage employee attendance, timesheets, site inductions, and annual leave. Access is provided via a unique subdomain (yourcompany.clocko.app) created at sign-up.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for Clocko. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately at hello@clocko.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
New accounts receive a 2-month free trial period. No credit card is required to start a trial. During the trial you have full access to all features of the plan you selected at sign-up.
At the end of the trial period, your account will require an active paid subscription to continue. You will receive email reminders before the trial ends.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee each month.
All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added where applicable at the prevailing rate.
We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings or by contacting hello@clocko.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
Following cancellation, your workspace data is retained for 60 days before permanent deletion to allow you to export your data or reactivate your account.
Each subscription plan includes defined limits on the number of employees and sites. These limits are enforced within the application. If you need to exceed your current plan's limits, you must upgrade to a higher plan.
